Chicago Flower & Garden Show will take place at Navy Pier March 10-18. Twenty-five gardens, cooking demonstrations, a market place and seminars including the seminar ”Any Size, Anywhere Edible Gardens” by Master Gardener William Moss. Here is the link: http://www.chicagoflower.com

To our big disappointment someone else had picked our very first green pepper and squash, that we came to harvest tonight. Has anyone else experienced any loss?

    We’ve had some but I’m suspecting squirrels given the remnants of chewed up squash in / around our plot.

  Well, we definately had some thievery now. Four beets were taken from our plot sometime today.
